Roles & Responsibilities::
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers (2012, 2016, 2019).
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, WSUS and other core Windows services.
- Install, configure, and maintain Internet Information Services (IIS) on Windows servers. Manage the deployment of web applications on IIS, including setup, troubleshooting.
- Manage and configure Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other related services.
- Provision and deprovision user accounts, manage permissions, and ensure proper access controls for Office 365 services.
- Install, configure, and upgrade SQL Server instances, ensuring optimal performance. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Monitor system performance and plan for capacity upgrades as needed. Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with system-related issues and inquiries for Windows and Mac Systems.
- Recommend hardware and software improvements to enhance system reliability and performance. Design and implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Monitor server, Anti-Virus logs and system alerts for potential security threats.
