We are seeking a skilled IT recruiter with extensive experience in recruiting people. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring talents specifically for the IT as well Non-IT roles and expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent. As an IT recruiter, you are responsible for evaluating and selecting candidates with the right cultural fit and skills that are vital to our company’s growth.
Job Description:
- Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment
- 2 to 5 years of experience in to IT Domestic staffing
- Having US staffing experience is an added advantage
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role specifications
- Experience in to contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent hirings
- Must have strong hands-on experience with Boolean strings
- Excellent knowledge of job portals (i.e. Naukri, Monster, Indeed.) and Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites or company portals.
- Good in communication, and interpersonal skills
- Committed and result oriented
- Able to handle multiple requirements
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database
Required skills and qualifications:
- Previous work experience as an IT recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitment
- Strong technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT recruiting or related fields
- Strong understanding of the technical side of an IT recruiter role
- Should possess knowledge of prevailing market trends
- Proficiency in English and the know-how to tap into the IT talent hub
- Performing reference checks with the information secured from the resources to ensure it is valid
